Profile:
A medical partnership is sought for a general practice in Diemelstadt-Rhoden that has been established for over 30 years, as part of a planned succession plan. The aim is to jointly continue and further develop the practice as a group practice. The practice is currently staffed by a 36-year-old specialist in internal medicine, who is due to receive specialist accreditation in general practice shortly and is seeking a medical colleague for a long-term partnership. The practice is situated in a historic half-timbered house and was completely and extensively renovated in 2024. It features modern, accessible premises, up-to-date medical and digital equipment, and a well-coordinated, experienced practice team. A stable patient base and clear organisational processes provide the ideal conditions for a collegial, long-term and forward-looking partnership in general practice. Your approach to treatment / guidelines: Our practice is committed to providing reliable, patient-centred general practice care, combining high medical standards with sound judgement. We place great importance on structured processes, well-founded decisions and calm, respectful communication – both when dealing with patients and within the team. We view medicine as long-term support, not as a short-term solution to problems, and combine personalised care with up-to-date diagnostics and organisation.
