Performance specification
A travelling camp is a sales event that a trader temporarily operates outside his commercial establishment from a fixed point of sale. This does not apply if the event takes place within the framework of a market, exhibition or fair.
What are the fees?
The fee for the receipt of the notification is as follows
- for the organisation of a hiking camp: EUR 76.00;
- for one or more events of a duration of up to 3 hours each in a municipal area from a sales van or similar or otherwise outdoors: EUR 11.00 - 76.00.
What deadlines do I have to observe?
The event must be announced 4 weeks before the start if the event is to be referred to by public announcement and the journey of the participants to and from the location of the hiking camp is to be made by the organiser or by persons in cooperation with the organiser by means of transport provided on a commercial basis. This shall also apply to camps that are organised abroad.

You are welcome to get your own impression of the application in advance without registering first. Use the simulation for this purpose. In order to be able to make full use of the online application, you must first register with the online application procedure.
