  • Performance specification

    The members of the Regional Agricultural Committee shall be appointed in accordance with the provisions of the Professional Participation Act.

    Your task is:

    1. Statement on the recognition of trainers and training companies in agricultural occupations,
    2. Appointment of members to advisory councils and committees active in agricultural matters,
    3. Opinions of the district administrator listed in § 1 of the Act on the Execution of Tasks in the Fields of Agriculture, Landscape Management, Village and Regional Development and Rural Tourism on measures in agricultural structural improvement,
    4. Opinions of the District Committee pursuant to § 2 para. 1 sentence 1 on area-related planning (excluding measures in the inner area within the meaning of §§ 30 to 34 of the Building Code) in the area of the respective service district from an agricultural point of view.
