Who do I need to contact?

In Hesse, the Juleica can be applied for exclusively via an online portal(www.juleica.de) since 1 December 2009. The youth leader fills out the online form and selects the organisation for which he/she works (on a voluntary basis). The system automatically assigns the youth office responsible for issuing the Juleica.
