Performance specification
The simplified procedure applies to all building projects that are not special buildings, do not require planning permission and are not subject to an exemption from authorisation.
In the case of building projects that are subject to authorisation exemption, the municipality can declare that a simplified building permit procedure should be carried out. In the case of exemptions, the lower building supervisory authority. The client can also request that the simplified building authorisation procedure be carried out.
In contrast to the full procedure, the scope of review by the building supervisory authority is significantly reduced in the simplified building permit procedure.

In the event of a violation of these regulations, the building permit authority may stop the construction or demolish what has already been built.
The building permit expires if you do not start construction work within 5 years of the permit being granted or if construction work has been interrupted for more than 2 years after this period.
