    The simplified procedure applies to all building projects that are not special buildings, do not require planning permission and are not subject to an exemption from authorisation.

    In the case of building projects that are subject to authorisation exemption, the municipality can declare that a simplified building permit procedure should be carried out. In the case of exemptions, the lower building supervisory authority. The client can also request that the simplified building authorisation procedure be carried out.
