Get your career off to a financially secure and well-prepared start! In partnership with the vocational schools in Korbach and Bad Arolsen, we’re offering a three-part seminar series that will equip you with practical knowledge for your financial future. Learn how to manage your money wisely, protect yourself effectively and successfully build up your wealth. This series will equip you to make all the key financial decisions as you start your career.

Module 2/3: Wealth creation & financial security

  • Why it makes sense to plan ahead (e.g. the effect of compound interest)
  • The difference between saving, investing and making provisions for the future
  • Opportunities and risks associated with different types of investment
  • Building up savings (a nest egg)
  • Assessing ‘financial’ goals/decisions (e.g. buying your own flat, car finance, and much more)
  • Dealing with debt and consumer credit
