Clear leadership in change processes

Change processes place high demands on managers: They have to provide orientation, make decisions, stabilise their team and at the same time maintain their own ability to act.

This is exactly where the 2-day workshop comes in. It combines in-depth knowledge of change management with practical exercises on self-management, crisis skills, motivation and job satisfaction.

The focus is on the question of how leadership can be effective, clear and humane in times of uncertainty. Participants reflect on their role in the change process, learn about the typical dynamics of resistance and excessive demands and develop specific strategies for motivating and constructively guiding employees through change.

Special emphasis is placed on self-management:

Managers strengthen their ability to remain focussed, resilient and capable of acting even under pressure. This includes consciously dealing with stress, clarifying their own priorities and focussing on resources that can be used in crises and change.

The 2-day workshop alternates between short inputs, reflection, individual and group work and practical exercises. This creates space to work on your own experiences from day-to-day management and transfer them directly into realisable measures.
