The standard land values are the average values of the land for properties with the same usage conditions.
They are related to one square metre of land area. The standard land value always refers to an undeveloped plot of land.
In built-up areas, the standard land values only include the value that would result if the land were undeveloped.Standard land values are usually determined for different types of use, e.g.
- Residential areas,
- commercial building land,
- Arable land
- Grassland
Standard land values are determined and decided by the expert committees every two years on the basis of their collection of purchase prices.
Which documents are required?
The standard land value can be found with the help of the address (street, house number, town) or the cadastral designation of a plot of land (district, parcel, land parcel number).

Standard land values are not market values. For the determination of the market value of an individual plot of land, e.g. the state of development or soil properties are taken into account. The market value can only be determined by means of a "market value report".
