Evening event: Let go of stress and recharge your batteries in nature
The forest is man's natural environment. Spending time in the forest has been proven to prevent and sustainably reduce stress. "Forest bathing" grounds and relaxes. This seminar uses various techniques to show how this can be utilised, particularly in a professional environment, during a stay in the forest. Sensory perception, slowing down and breathing techniques play a special role in forest bathing.
Methods of eye training in nature and relaxation exercises for the eyes, which are often particularly strained in working life, are also presented. The focus will be on tips suitable for everyday use, with the help of which participants can take the positive effects of forest bathing into their professional lives and utilise them at work, for example, when things get stressful.
